Grind For Life Schedule for contests & events (early 2008)

January 4-6 ~KING OF THE GROMS~ Jacksonville, FL. Judging and setting up the GFL inspiration booth.


January 10-13 ~SURF EXPO~ Orlando, FL.
GFL will be set up in booth 8055 so everyone in the action sports industry will be able to know what GFL does to help people with cancer.


January 17-20 ~TAMPA AM~ Tampa, FL.
The best amateurs in the world come to skateboard the contest. We will have the GFL inspiration booth set up to let skaters know about what we do. Mike will also be skating in the OLD MAN BOWL JAM this weekend.


January 22-29 ~ASR SHOW~ Southern California
GFL will have a booth set up and be part of several different fundraisers that are happening on our behalf. There will be more info on the website about the ASR Show because there should be some big stuff happening like our “Mohawks, Mullets and Music” event and more.


February 16 ~GRIND FOR LIFE SKATEPARK SERIES CONTEST #1~
Jupiter, FL. First in a series of 3 contest throughout 2008. Sign ups start at 10:00 am. Contest starts at 11:00 am, with the “9 & under” division skating first. The contest will be held in the big street course. The age divisions are 9 & under, 10-12, 13-15, 16-29, 30-39, 40 & over. There is a “girls” division, too.


March 1-2 ~FLORIDA BOWLRIDERS SERIES~ Cocoa Beach Skatepark.
GFL will have a booth set up at the event and Mike will be judging & skateboarding in the Masters division.


March 5-10 ~ 2nd Annual CLASH AT CLAIREMONT~ Clairemont, CA
at the YMCA skatepark. An all star pro skateboard & pro bmx demo to benefit the YMCA Skatepark and Grind For Life. Last year it was huge with over 40 pros riding and the band Agent Orange on the pool deck. This year’s event will be huge, so don’t miss it!


March 14-16~ TAMPA PRO~ Skatepark of Tampa. We will have the GFL booth set up all weekend and Mike will laso be skating in the “Team Manager/VIP contest” also.


March 29-30 ~FLORIDA BOWLRIDERS SERIES~
Rippin Riverside Skatepark in Oveido on the 29th & Stone Edge in Daytona on the 30th.

April 5th ~ GRIND FOR LIFE SKATEPARK SERIES CONTEST #2~
Dunedin Skatepark, Dunedin, FL


April 26-27 ~ FLORIDA BOWLRIDERS SERIES~
Treaty Skatepark in St. Augustine, FL on the 26th and Kona Skatepark in Jacksonville, FL on the 27th.



May 31 ~ GRIND FOR LIFE SKATEPARK SERIES CONTEST #3 ~
Cocoa Beach Skatepark, Cocoa Beach, FL
