Grind for Life has a NEW Skateboard Contest Series for 2014 in Association with The Boardr. This five stop series is at various skateparks all around the state of Florida. The Series will have both Street & Bowl contest for different age levels.

THRIFT FOR LIFE is Grind For Life's Thrift Store in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Thrift For Life receives donations and sells items to raise money to Help People with Cancer.
Grind For Life, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit which helps people with cancer, especially those traveling long distances for treatment. GFL was founded by Mike Rogers, a two time sarcoma cancer survivor and professional skateboarder.
Legends of skateboarding compete in a completely unique team competition that celebrates three generations of vert skating. Each team consists of one 1st generation, one 2nd generation, and one 3rd generation vert skater competing together on the actual half-pipe from the X Games. Four different competitions take place in which the teams battle against each other for the most points. These include individual runs, high air, team triples, and best trick.

We're still lining up plans for a big ol' am series and all that, but while we figure that plan out, we went ahead and set up an easy one. We're proud to announce that Grind for Life has teamed up with us to bring an all ages and skills series contest to our home state of Florida this year. They're all street contests, but some will also have a bowl event at the stops that have one available. The Grind for Life Series in Association with The Boardr has five stops set at various parks all around the state. We'll have additional details and online sign-up ready to go soon, for now, here's the information on the confirmed stops so far.
